Shiver me timbers! This year, the Fort Phoenix Polar Plunge is setting sail with a pirate theme! Brave buccaneers are invited to take a frosty dip in the Atlantic on January 1st at Fort Phoenix Beach in Fairhaven. Dress as a daring pirate (or just bring your courage!) for this exhilarating tradition. Participation is free, and t-shirt sales benefit Fairhaven Dollars for Scholars, supporting local students.
