ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for an informative conversation with Sara N. da Silva Quintal, Senior Restoration Ecologist with Buzzards Bay Coalition and Laura Ludwig, Program Director of the Marine Debris & Plastics Program for the Center for Coastal Studies in Provincetown. They'll discuss the clean up and restoration of Fairhaven's Marsh Island. We'll review the progress of the project thus far, ongoing restoration and all of our role in keeping debris out of marine habitats. The Marsh Island Restoration is New Bedford Harbor's largest natural restoration project.
