ABOUT THE EVENT
In THEODORA GOES WILD (1936), a small town Sunday school teacher (Irene Dunne) authors a novel so salacious, her own ladies literary circle pressures the local paper to stop printing its installments. She published under a pseudonym, so she safely lives a double life–until her book’s illustrator (Melvyn Douglas) becomes interested in her. When he follows her back to her hometown, not even he knows what to expect when Theodora goes wild.

The club meets in the library's Rita E. Steele Auditorium. All are welcome! You do not have to live in Fairhaven to join or attend events. Both are FREE to the public.
To easily access the auditorium, please enter the library through the Walnut Street doors. There are both stairs and an accessibility ramp outside of this entrance. The auditorium is the first room to the right after you enter.
