ABOUT THE EVENT
Fairhaven invites veterans and their families to a Veterans Outreach & Support Event on Thursday, November 13th at 10 AM, held at Fairhaven Recreation, 227 Huttleston Ave. This event is open to all local communities and is designed to provide resources, support, and connections for our veteran community.
In partnership with Fairhaven’s Veterans Affairs Office, Police Department, Fire Department, Recreation Department, and Bristol County Outreach, attendees will have access to a wide variety of participants, including:
Local Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs)
The Veterans Transition House
The Vet Center
The Veterans Association of Bristol County & Veterans Activities Programs
Seven Hills & Stepping Stone Peer-to-Peer Programs
Community Counseling
Southeastern Massachusetts Public Health Collaborative (Blood Pressure Clinic)
Whether you’re seeking resources, support, or simply connection with fellow veterans, this event brings together a full spectrum of services and programs to serve the men and women who have served our country.
